I have been working at Mourik as Head of Environmental Technical Services since early 2024, and I am happy to be part of this team.

After studying Biochemistry, I entered the environmental sector and gained experience in planning and project coordination, especially with sampling in soil and groundwater. Through LinkedIn, I came into contact with Mourik, and after a few conversations I knew this was the place for me.

My work at Mourik is very varied. One day I supervise our technicians and visit construction sites, the next day I am at the computer to keep everything on track. No two days are the same, and that makes my work enormously fascinating.

What you need for this job? Organisational skills are essential, as is good communication.

What I like at Mourik is that you get the space to take the initiative and ask questions. That really gives you the chance to grow.
