Growing with an eye on the future 

In 2025, we once again made meaningful progress together. Progress we can be proud of. Together with more than 2,200 colleagues, clients, and partners, we delivered projects that matter and continued to strengthen Mourik as a family-owned business focused on the future. 

The numbers reflect this progress: revenue increased to €781 million, compared to €749 million in 2024. Net profit also rose, from €22.4 million to €34.2 million. This growth was driven by a strong project portfolio, Mourik’s multidisciplinary expertise, and expanding international activities. 

Focus on long-term value 

At the same time, our focus remains firmly on creating long-term value. CEO Jan-Paul van den Bosch, who took office earlier this year, explains: 

“Through our Route Mourik strategy, we continue building a future-proof company. We remain committed to investing in our people and strengthening our role in the major transitions taking place across the Netherlands, Belgium, and internationally.” 

People make the difference 

This commitment is visible throughout the organisation. The proportion of women in senior management increased to 22%, and Mourik maintained Level 4 certification on the Safety Culture Ladder. These achievements demonstrate that talent development, safety, and personal growth remain integral to the way we work. 

Advancing sustainability and innovation 

In 2025, we also continued the progress we have made in recent years in sustainability and innovation. CO₂ emissions were reduced by 7% compared to 2020 levels, and 14% of our energy consumption was generated through our own renewable energy sources. 

A strong example of innovation in action is the nine new innovations developed within our Mourik Industry division, helping to drive sustainable progress for both our business and our clients.
