This project is in the busiest shopping street of Ghent and included the structural demolition of the former C&A and the casco works for the new retail chain FNAC and Stradivarius. This renovation consisted of constructing elevator shafts and stairwells, reconstruction of floors, steel and masonry work, techniques (HVAC, electricity, sprinkler installation, elevators) and had an ambitious planning combined with difficult accessibility and high noise and dust requirements.
