Supervisor Catalyst Handling
You work on international projects in the petrochemical industry and are closely involved in the execution. You coordinate the work on site, guide your team and make sure everything runs safely and according to plan. Ready for a hands‑on role where you take the lead in catalyst handling projects?
What will you do?
You are responsible for coordinating and executing catalyst handling activities on site.
- Prepare and execute projects according to all relevant procedures
- Coordinate daily activities and guide the team on site
- Ensure a safe and efficient way of working during execution
- Align manpower and equipment with the project needs
- Maintain contact with clients about daily progress
- Monitor safety, quality and continuity on site
- Handle project administration and reporting
Close to the operation, focused on safety and execution.
Who are we looking for?
As a Supervisor Catalyst Handling, you combine technical knowledge with a hands‑on approach and leadership on site.
- Have a completed technical mbo-level qualification or equivalent
- Have experience and affinity with petrochemicals, reactors and catalyst handling
- Have experience in a coordinating or leading role within the industry
- Work independently and take responsibility on site
- Stay structured and focused under pressure
- Communicate clearly in Dutch and English
