At Mourik we use the so-called Last Minute Risk Analysis (LMRA) system. This is linked to our system for reporting hazardous situations or points for improvement. If during an LMRA a situation is identified that may hinder the safe start-up of the work, action will be taken, also called trias safety: see it, say it, solve it together, and write a SISSER report.
If we meticulously identify, solve and record unsafe situations, we can analyse trends and points for improvement and carry out (overall) improvements. SISSER reports are the corner stone of our S@M policy. At regular intervals, the most valuable reports are awarded. The Board of Management pays extensive attention to this.
