Behavioural Safety Program

Personal behaviour is one of the most important factors for safety. S@M starts with the personal commitment of each and every one of us to work safely and help each other in doing so.

With the help of behavioural safety training sessions and discussions, we are constantly working on defining and optimising the common starting points, rules and values we apply in order to work safely. If we help, support, compliment and if necessary, correct each other, we will be able to reach a generally accepted safety level, in which we all do everything we can to prevent accidents.
